In this role, you will significantly impact the relationship between brands and consumers by developing and enhancing chatbots. You will collaborate directly with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure chatbots perform effectively and align with business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless user experiences, streamline interactions, and improve the overall performance of AI tools. Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Product Manager (PM) to validate chatbot performance and align interactions with business goals.
- Maintain continuous communication with the chatbot developer and UX writer, ensuring adherence to the brand's tone and user needs.
- Collect and analyze chatbot interaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Train chatbots to handle informational queries effectively and reduce unnecessary human handovers.
- Support the definition of success metrics and monitor impacts of changes made to chatbots.
- Contribute to decisions regarding the implementation of new developments.
- Collaborate with the team to maximize value delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Propose creative solutions and discuss hypotheses with the team to achieve optimal results.
- Experience with chatbot platforms and NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools.
- Ability to adjust language models, train bots, and curate interaction flows.
- Experience in analyzing chatbot interaction data to improve AI performance.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify patterns and propose enhancements.
- Collaborative communication skills to work closely with development, UX writing, and stakeholders.
