Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Product Manager (PM) to validate chatbot performance and align interactions with business goals.
- Maintain continuous communication with the chatbot developer and UX writer, ensuring adherence to the brand's tone and user needs.
- Collect and analyze chatbot interaction data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Train chatbots to handle informational queries effectively and reduce unnecessary human handovers.
- Support the definition of success metrics and monitor impacts of changes made to chatbots.
- Contribute to decisions regarding the implementation of new developments.
- Collaborate with the team to maximize value delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Propose creative solutions and discuss hypotheses with the team to achieve optimal results.
- Experience with chatbot platforms and NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools.
- Ability to adjust language models, train bots, and curate interaction flows.
- Experience in analyzing chatbot interaction data to improve AI performance.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify patterns and propose enhancements.
- Collaborative communication skills to work closely with development, UX writing, and stakeholders.
