What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

Online Strategy Lead

  • Develop and implement Turkey eCommerce strategy & Lead Kenvue eCommerce business profitably across Turkey. Achieve Net sales, GP, Digital shelf.
  • Drive profitable growth eCommerce P&L (net sales, Gross Profit), Pure players, Q-commerce and Omnichannel
  • Develop search strategy, keyword & taxonomy definitions by market by brand.
  • Leverage full funnel paid media recommendations for stronger holistic impact by sub channels Pure players, B&C, Q-Commerce and ePharmacy.
  • Establish behavioural activation strategies and plans that change/drive online shopper habits in the marketplace with top customers.
  • Evolve eCommerce customer development strategy through winning customer JBPs in collaboration with eCom squad& commercial heads.
  • Elevate market share for spike brands, Ogx, LPM, Listerine, Neutrogena & Johnson Baby
  • Leverage best in class T digital shelf execution excellence & achieve digital shelf score targets Availability – Content – Search – Rating & Reviews
  • Establish online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and A/B testing and reporting
  • Drive retail media performance & optimization KPIs like ROAS / SOS / NTB / CPC / CPM, monthly budget spend, targets & performance externally & internally.

Innovation & Capabilities

  • Lead organizational digital transformation through center of excellence cross functional learning programs
  • Develop eCom organizational capabilities through learning & engagement program.
  • Think creatively, research market to discover innovation and new trends to win in eCommerce
  • Experimenting innovative ways to drive world class eCommerce innovation within AI & social commerce.
  • Develop key market insights internally & externally to help eCommerce squad taking right decision
  • Drive ongoing optimization of processes and ways of working by monitoring performance and providing feedback

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Min +6 Years eCommerce experience & +10 Years FMCG experience in multinational company
  • Strong experience of digital commerce is a must with a proven track record of media insights creation
  • Solid leadership & strategic thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, digital marketing, or any related degree. MBA from a reputable school would be preferred.
  • Highly digital eCommerce driven mindset with experience in identifying target audiences and devising communications campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of retail & digital media applications
  • Strong digital, analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement & eCommerce
  • Ability to work within a diverse (culturally, functionally & geographically) environment.
  • Communication Skills – Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
  • At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity
  • Collaborative team player, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
