Expected competences and knowledge
- Min. 4 years of experience with Java (with Kotlin experience)
- Basic experience and strong interest in AI-driven solutions, specifically LLM integration and Agentic Systems/Frameworks
- Ability to design and implement complex features and system components
- Strong ownership of delivered solutions (code quality, stability, scalability, observability)
- Experience making architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs
- Ability to identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt
- Product-oriented mindset - evaluating technical choices through user impact
- High level of autonomy and accountability
- Hands-on experience with Cloud environments (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes
- Experience working in large-scale, distributed systems
- Cross-team collaboration experience in complex organizational environments
- Experience providing technical consultancy and knowledge sharing
- Drive the design and implementation of complex features and system components
- Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs
- Ensure high quality, scalability, stability, and observability of delivered solutions
- Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers
- Support knowledge sharing and promote engineering best practices
