We are seeking an experienced Global HR Grading Specialist with extensive knowledge of Mercer job evaluation methodology, global benchmarking and annual compensation cycle activities.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Conduct Mercer job evaluations including drafting job descriptions, running interviews, collecting data, performing job matching, global calibration and evaluation
- Engage in various global grading projects e.g. acquisitions, expansions and integrations
- Support global benchmarking activities such as salary surveys, salary ranges and ad-hoc analyses
- Participate in different compensation projects by analyzing large amounts of data and providing recommendations
- Participate in the global annual salary review processes in Workday for around 300’000 employees
- Assist in defining and implementing compensation standards and policies
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on the processes and tools
- Participate in grading and compensation audits
- Recommend enhancements and simplifications to existing processes and procedures based on customers’ experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Legal, Economics or Finance
- More than 3 years of professional experience in the compensation area in a global or multi regional role
- Basic in Mercer job evaluation and job matching methodology
- Experience in the annual compensation cycle activities in Workday, including experience of running processes in the Advance Compensation Module
- Strong practical use of MS Office with an advanced focus on Excel
- Highly developed analytical and communication skills, excellent customer service and team orientation, process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies and attention to detail
- Good learning ability combined with high flexibility
- High degree of personal responsibility, team-oriented with ability to work independently
- Fluent in spoken and written English
