Currently we are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to make the team even stronger.
This position requires excellent attention to detail, a quick learning ability, and accuracy in all tasks. Success in this hybrid role in Wroclaw depends on adaptability and strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support in one of the main People Operations areas, such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignment based on business needs
- Manage and resolve employee inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Maintain and update employee records in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, focusing on accuracy and compliance
- Support the alignment of HR documentation and processes with internal policies and legal requirements
- Assist in generating reports and summaries for operational or compliance purposes
- Work collaboratively with the People Team to enhance processes, improve employee experience, and contribute to team initiatives
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail in all work
- Good command of the Polish language
- Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
