Associate People Operations Specialist

Currently we are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to make the team even stronger.

This position requires excellent attention to detail, a quick learning ability, and accuracy in all tasks. Success in this hybrid role in Wroclaw depends on adaptability and strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support in one of the main People Operations areas, such as Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignment based on business needs
• Manage and resolve employee inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Maintain and update employee records in both internal and external HR and payroll systems, focusing on accuracy and compliance
• Support the alignment of HR documentation and processes with internal policies and legal requirements
• Assist in generating reports and summaries for operational or compliance purposes
• Work collaboratively with the People Team to enhance processes, improve employee experience, and contribute to team initiatives

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail in all work
• Good command of the Polish language
• Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
