We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team and lead innovative fintech projects in the crypto exchange and capital markets domain.

- Communicate directly with customers to understand, clarify, and negotiate business requirements
- Analyze business processes and translate needs into clear functional specifications
- Convert requirements into structured development tasks and backlog items
- Coordinate closely with the development team regarding planning, timelines, and delivery schedules
- Run sanity and functionality tests in development and pre-production environments
- Ensure features meet both business and technical expectations before release
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks and blockers
- Regularly report project status, milestones, and KPIs to senior management
- Support continuous improvement of processes and delivery standards
- 1–2 years of experience as a Software Project Manager or Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with crypto exchange markets in Turkey
- Knowledge of Borsa İstanbul (BIST) processes is highly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with agile methodologies is a plus
