Job Description
At STX Next, we take pride in the quality of services we deliver to our customers. We are looking for a Head of Delivery who isn’t just a manager, but a true business owner. You will be responsible for the P&L of a large portfolio, bridging the gap between high-level account strategy and execution excellence.

Responsibilities
- Strategic P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for a portfolio of 20+ clients, managing the bottom line and driving profitability.
- Client Partnership: Build and maintain great relationships with your clients (including regular travels) and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with Account and Country Managers to build account plans and manage strategic investments.
- Operational Excellence: Lead client escalations, monitor team budget utilisation, and manage upsells / cross-sells within your portfolio.
- Growth Mindset: Proactively explore new business opportunities within your existing portfolio to drive expansion.
- Team Power: Coordinate closely with development teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT services management, extensive account management, and a proven track record with international and Polish corporate clients.
- Extreme Ownership: It comes naturally to you to take responsibility for everything in your orbit.
- Business & Analytical Mindset: You understand the numbers and can ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Communication: Excellent command of both English and Polish (written and spoken) and a talent for building bridges between technical teams and business stakeholders. Fluency in German is a plus.
- Grit: You are not afraid of making hard decisions and are highly responsive when the situation demands it.
- Team Spirit: You are easy-going, creative in finding improvements, and a true team player.
