What is the Summary of This Position?

In this role, you will be responsible for all Business Intelligence and Data Analytics processes and will report to the Business Intelligence Executive.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing environments,
• Strong proficiency in SQL and deep experience in data warehouse design/redesign projects,
• Proven track record in creating advanced reports and dashboards, preferably using Power BI,
• Experience working with various data sources,
• Preferably proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling,
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions is a plus,
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of ML techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Leading end-to-end development of Business Intelligence programs, including data modeling, DWH architecture, and visualization using SSIS and Power B,
• Partnering with business units to identify operational pain points, define KPIs, and translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions,
• Designing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes to collect and clean large datasets from diverse sources (SAP S/4HANA, IQVIA, APIs, SQL), ensuring data integrity and accuracy,
• Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making,
• Creating compelling visual stories and interactive dashboards in Power BI to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences,
• Managing analytical projects independently, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and urgency.
