Your Responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Executive


This role will manage performance marketing and digital brand investment processes and will be responsible for all accounts across Turkey and Europe.


  • Execute and optimize paid advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta, retargeting, and affiliate channels.
  • Manage all performance marketing operations in collaboration with the performance agency.
  • Manage all affiliate processes with the agency.
  • Measure and monitor the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and plan next steps based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing data from tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adjust, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reporting presentations.
  • Plan and manage digital brand and performance marketing budgets (forecasting, pacing, and optimization).
  • Work cross-functionally and align advertising activities with e-commerce, CRM, and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing agency to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis.


Expected Criteria


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok, and retargeting tools. Experience with SA360, DV360, Apple Search Ads, etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Adjust, Looker Studio, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong budget management skills (tracking, forecasting, pacing).
  • Strong data analysis and data management capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and reporting experience (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Knowledge of website performance monitoring.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Agency management experience is required.
