Job Title: Frontend Developer

Job Summary:

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, user-centric web applications. You will actively contribute to the development process using modern frontend technologies while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, responsive, and visually appealing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

➤ Technical Expertise:

·      Apply frontend development skills to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

·      Follow coding standards, best practices, and UI/UX guidelines to ensure consistent and performant applications.

·      Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and trends.

➤ Project Coordination:

·      Collaborate with project managers and team members to understand requirements and timelines.

·      Provide accurate task estimations and development input.

·      Identify potential risks or challenges and communicate them proactively to ensure timely project delivery.

➤ Frontend Development:

·      Develop responsive, interactive, and scalable web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).

·      Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

·      Ensure clean, structured, and maintainable frontend code.

➤ Team Collaboration:

·      Work closely with backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate UI with application logic.

·      Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions.

·      Align development efforts with team goals and project objectives.

➤ Problem-Solving:

·      Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot frontend issues.

·      Develop creative and effective solutions to enhance user experience and functionality.

·      Provide technical guidance and support to other team members when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·      5–7 years of experience in frontend development with expertise in modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular) and JavaScript libraries.

·      Strong understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and frontend performance optimization.

·      Experience in collaborating with backend developers and integrating APIs.

·      Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

·      Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
