Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Oslo, Norway, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing software and hardware development projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative technology solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, assess project requirements, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in working with Nordic Semiconductors chipsets.
- Strong experience in software development, including knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Proficiency in hardware integration and understanding of IoT systems
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and sustainable technology solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
- Proven expertise in project management and delivering products on time
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge in Bluetooth and RFID technologies
- Experience in the micromobility, transportation, or smart city industry is a plus
