Job Required

Technical Support

  • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
  • Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure operating systems and basic applications.
  • Support Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).

IT Operations Support

  • Assist in maintaining IT assets inventory.
  • Support installation of new computers and equipment.
  • Assist in network connectivity troubleshooting.
