Position: Senior Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)
Location: Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology projects within approved timelines and budgets. The role requires strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities to support the organization’s digital and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of detailed project plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and approved budget.
• Allocate and manage internal IT resources and external vendors/third parties.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop mitigation strategies and risk models to minimize exposure.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and Total Quality Management standards.
• Manage procurement and technical contract processes where applicable.
• Maintain strong communication and engagement with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure proper project closure, documentation, and handover to the PMO.
• Promote innovation, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in project management and technology delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of risk management and business continuity frameworks.
• Experience in governance-driven environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security standards is an advantage.
• Experience in procurement and contract management is preferred.
