Mirage is seeking experienced Project and Construction Management professionals to join our team for a major masterplan development island project in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for motivated professionals with strong experience in large-scale developments to support the successful delivery of this landmark project.

Project Manager (PM / Development Management)

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering or similar
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Experience on large-scale developments (Villas, townhouses, residential, hotels); UAE experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Director / Senior Project Manager across the full project lifecycle
• Manage project delivery against quality, programme, and budget targets
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Participate in procurement, value engineering, risk management, and reporting
• Assist with contract administration, delay claim reviews, and project close-out

Construction Manager

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience on large-scale developments (Villas, townhouses, residential, hotels); UAE experience preferred
• Strong leadership and site management experience
• GCC, specifically UAE experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all construction activities on site
• Ensure delivery in line with project schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards
• Manage site teams and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with the project team on procurement, reporting, and construction milestones
