Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fit-out, refurbishment, and renovation projects
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, landlords, and authorities
- Track drawings, approvals, schedules, and site progress
- Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance (MEP, civil, kitchen equipment)
- Manage maintenance requests, vendors, AMCs, and warranties
- Support LPOs, quotations, variations, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure HSE, authority, and brand compliance
- Maintain project and maintenance documentation
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
- 3–6 years’ experience in Retail / F&B projects & maintenance
- Knowledge of fit-out, MEP, and kitchen equipment
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD preferred
- GCC experience must ; UAE driving license is a plus
