Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fit-out, refurbishment, and renovation projects
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, landlords, and authorities
  • Track drawings, approvals, schedules, and site progress
  • Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance (MEP, civil, kitchen equipment)
  • Manage maintenance requests, vendors, AMCs, and warranties
  • Support LPOs, quotations, variations, and payment follow-ups
  • Ensure HSE, authority, and brand compliance
  • Maintain project and maintenance documentation


Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
  • 3–6 years’ experience in Retail / F&B projects & maintenance
  • Knowledge of fit-out, MEP, and kitchen equipment
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD preferred
  • GCC experience must ; UAE driving license is a plus
