- Follow detailed guidelines accurately across structured evaluation and labeling tasks.
- Identify subtle errors, edge cases, and inconsistencies in AI outputs.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI training and evaluation quality.
- Maintain high accuracy standards across repetitive, high-volume workflows.
- Proactively flag unclear instructions or ambiguous cases.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong quality-first mindset.
- Experience working as a reviewer, rater, or contributor in human data or AI training pipelines.
- Proven ability to follow nuanced guidelines without deviation.
- Strong written communication and reasoning skills.
- Reliable, consistent, and comfortable with repetitive precision-based tasks.
