The Role

• Design and prototype intuitive digital experiences using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to meet evolving customer needs.

• Conduct comprehensive UX Research and data analysis to uncover user pain points and inform high-impact design decisions.

• Collaborate directly with Product Owners and UI Developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure design intent matches final implementation.

• Spearhead the integration of AI tools into the design process, exploring generative AI for design variations and accessibility enhancements.

• Champion design system consistency and Web Accessibility (WCAG) standards across all digital platforms and touchpoints.

What You'll Need

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field) with a graduation date post-summer 2026.

• Proven experience in UX or Digital Product Design, backed by a strong online portfolio showcasing problem-solving and creative thinking.

• Technical proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS).

• Deep interest or experience in Generative AI workflows and how they can be applied to elevate the user experience.

• A growth mindset with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and thrive through ambiguity and iterative feedback.
