What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple IT application teams within the organization
• Support and enhance reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of metrics and updates for leadership
• Manage and optimize the backlog for non-project related work, including triage and prioritization
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues as needed
• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement tailored to research and clinical technology environments
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years in Agile delivery roles, with experience in IT reporting and supporting research or clinical technology environments
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and IT portfolio reporting practices
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in JIRA, Agile reporting tools, and IT systems
