IT Delivery Coordinator

Your future responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery activities across teams ensuring smooth end-to-end execution
Track risks, dependencies, blockers and drive follow-up until closure
Facilitate key delivery ceremonies and ensure proper preparation, documentation and follow-up actions
Maintain delivery transparency: status tracking, reporting, workload, capacity and operational metrics
Support release and change management activities (including production readiness and hotfix coordination)
Coordinate post-mortems and ensure implementation of corrective actions
Support compliance, audit and regulatory-related requests within delivery scope
Ensure proper documentation, CMP updates and Jira flow alignment
Coordinate access management and operational support activities to maintain team stability
Identify and initiate process improvements, optimisation and automation opportunities

Your skills and experience:

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple parallel activities
Strong time-management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proactive mindset with ability to follow up, escalate and close open items
Experience coordinating tasks or processes
Ability to work with reports, structured information and operational metrics

Will be a plus:

Project management experience
Understanding of IT processes (SDLC, Change Management, Release Management)
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall
