Now we’re looking for a Junior Project Manager ready to grow in a high-impact, product-driven environment.

🌍 Location

We are a remote-first company and welcome candidates across Europe — including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans.

You can work from anywhere as long as you overlap with Central European Time (CET).

🎯 Your Role

You will drive the successful execution of one of our key projects, working closely with:

• Engineering teams
• UI/UX designers
• Business Analysts
• WordPress landing page developers
• Senior stakeholders

Your focus: ensuring strategic growth, operational efficiency, and seamless collaboration across teams.

🔎 What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams
• Collaboration with UI/UX and BA teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in process optimization and change management

Nice to have:

• Experience managing distributed or remote teams (5+ people)
