We are looking for a Backend Engineer with a strong focus on GoLang to join a cross-functional, solution-driven development team. You will play a key role in building new products, developing integrations, and continuously evolving our platform. If you enjoy building scalable services, writing clean and high-quality code, and working in a collaborative, impact-driven environment, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and deliver product-driven solutions;
- Develop and implement new features, products, and platform integrations;
- Build scalable, resilient web services and APIs using GoLang;
- Maintain high-quality standards through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices;
- Identify and fix bugs while monitoring and optimizing application performance;
- Contribute to aligning technical strategy with business objectives;
- Produce clear and well-structured technical documentation;
- Embody the team's values: ownership, innovation, collaboration, and customer empathy.
Technical Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience;
- Strong hands-on experience with GoLang for backend development;
- Experience building scalable and fault-tolerant web services and APIs;
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases;
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services;
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Concourse or similar);
- Strong understanding of clean, testable, and maintainable code principles;
- Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration tests);
- Strong communication skills to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions;
- Growth mindset: commitment to continuous improvement, proactive attitude, and strong sense of ownership.
