About the Role

This is a cross-functional, delivery-focused role supporting high-impact Google-related initiatives.

You will work closely with internal business owners across:

• Content Development (technical workshops)
• Technical Lab Support (hands-on learning environments)
• Budget management and reporting

This is structured project leadership — not direct people management. The role also involves regular interaction with stakeholders at Google, requiring clear communication, structured updates, and strong alignment management.

Ideal Profile

• 5–10 years’ experience in project management
• Experience delivering technical, digital, or learning programs
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills
• Comfortable engaging enterprise stakeholders
• Strong written and spoken English
• Able to operate independently in a PJ contractor model

Backgrounds That Fit Well

• Learning / Enablement Project Manager (technical programs)
• Content Development PM for complex digital initiatives
• Program Manager in consulting or partner ecosystems
• Technical PM in cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments

What You’ll Do

Program Planning & Coordination

• Build structured project plans and define milestones
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate lab and content development initiatives
• Facilitate alignment meetings
• Proactively resolve blockers

Google Stakeholder Engagement

• Provide structured status updates
• Clarify evolving requirements
• Support delivery alignment between SureSkills and Google

Delivery Oversight

• Monitor readiness of lab environments and learning assets
• Coordinate QA and validation cycles
• Support smooth program launch and rollout

Process Improvement

• Contribute to scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks
• Improve reporting, documentation, and visibility

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to Google stakeholders and global cloud initiatives.
