Qube Markets is building a high-performance trading platform designed for speed, reliability, and intelligent execution.

We’re looking for a Product Specialist to work closely with our Product Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate product delivery from idea to release.

About Your Role

As Product Specialist, you will act as the operational engine of the product team — ensuring alignment, clarity, and on-time delivery.

You will:

• Work directly with the Product Manager to execute product roadmap priorities
• Translate business requirements into clear tickets and documentation
• Coordinate between engineering, QA, marketing, and operations
• Track sprint progress and delivery milestones
• Support UAT testing and release coordination
• Monitor post-release performance and feedback
• Help improve product processes and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination
• Experience in FinTech, trading, or financial services preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working with engineering teams (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Startup mindset — proactive, adaptable, accountable
