Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-focused UX Researcher to uncover insights that guide product design and improve user experiences.

The ideal candidate will combine strong research skills, analytical thinking, and empathy for users to provide actionable recommendations for design and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

User Research

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and focus groups.

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyse user behaviour and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.

Reporting & Presentation

Prepare research reports, visualisations, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly.

Collaboration

Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research insights into product design decisions.

Usability Testing

Design and facilitate usability testing sessions, analyse results, and provide actionable recommendations.

Process Improvement

Develop and refine research methodologies, tools, and documentation to enhance research efficiency and impact.

Key Requirements

Experience

Minimum of [X] years experience in UX research, user research, or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with research and usability tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback)
  • Experience with survey platforms, analytics tools, and data visualization
  • Understanding of UX principles and design processes

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and provide actionable insights.

Communication Skills

Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
  • Familiarity with Agile product development
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience in digital product or app research
