About the Role
We are looking for a proactive People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to support our employee journey and help us build a vibrant workplace. This role is hands-on, giving you the chance to own onboarding coordination, deliver engaging induction sessions, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes. If you enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, and contributing to a positive culture, this role is a fantastic entry point into HR.
This two-year fixed-term contract provides hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions and offers high potential for progression into a permanent role within the P&C team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and facilitate engaging induction sessions for new starters
- Track and monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave records accurately
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records
- Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and culture initiatives
- Support employee engagement programs and initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture
- Assist with performance review cycles and other HR processes
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You (Entry-Level Friendly)
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in facilitating group sessions
- A people person who enjoys coordinating activities and connecting with colleagues
- Highly organised, with strong follow-up and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable
- Eager to learn about HR practices; basic understanding of Australian employment standards is a plus
- Positive, collaborative, and ready to contribute to a vibrant company culture
