  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in translating engineering discussions into engineering tasks and processes.
  • Experience with consumer product development or business generation environment.
  • Experience in data analysis, with excellent dashboarding skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, work alongside Engineers, Product Managers, and User Experience designers to prioritize the roadmap and deliver in a changing environment.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Google One is one of the growing subscriptions at Google. The team has launched the several Direct-to-Consumer Generative AI offerings at Google with Gemini Advanced and Gemini for Google Workspace.

In this role, you will require cross-functional and cross-product-area collaboration. You will be comfortable in a changing environment, and lead through changing priorities and delivering impact. You will focus on conversion of users of Google One into paying subscribers and increasing their lifetime value (LTV), and will collaborate with other Google products (e.g., Gemini, Gmail, Photos, Drive).

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, identify risks and communicate them to project stakeholders.
  • Plan product or feature launches through the multiple stages, coordinate with Product, Engineering, User Experience (UX), Marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders, including privacy, legal, partnerships, and support.
  • Evolve the roadmaps or launch planning and execution programs and processes.
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional and cross-product or cross-company teams, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly.
  • Manage communication of plans, progress or status within and outside the team.
