Our Client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join them and provide support across three projects. This role will give you the opportunity to work on a greenfield project.
- Initial 12 month daily rate contract
- 2 days WFH p/w
- Tertiary education or state government experience highly regarded
As the Project Coordinator:
You will support the delivery of digital initiatives by helping manage project schedules, maintaining key registers, coordinating events and committees, and making sure governance requirements are met.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support project managers with artefacts and workspaces, updating relevant project registers regularly to support compliance reporting
- Provide operational support including liaising with relevant stakeholders where necessary.
- Utilise tools such as MS Project, Teams, SharePoint and or similar software to assist in project coordination and scheduling.
- Provide support to the Stage Gate Review process, working closely with the Project Manager and PMO Analysts to ensure project successfully gate on time
- Manage document control process for the project to ensure information is stored correctly and in accordance with PMO.
- Provide a range of administrative services, including coordinating project and/or team meetings and preparing papers, to support project management delivery.
- Coordinate invoices and purchase orders with financial resources and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports, including presentations, meeting minutes and committee actions
