You'll be embedded full-time with one customer, working directly with their CEO and engineering team. You'll report to a TDP co-founder who will mentor you alongside our team — a group that includes founders building at the intersection of AI and product.

The job is obsessing over the product like it's yours. You'll help the CEO shape their company's direction and implement an AI-first product strategy. Our output isn't just Figma screens — we think deeply, use AI as a core part of how we work, and deliver frontend code. You'll be at the center of that transformation.

• Own the relationship with the CEO. Run calls, present work, gather feedback, and drive the design direction forward.
• Push back when needed. If something isn't right for the user, you speak up. You bring data, logic, and design thinking to the conversation.
• Work closely with the engineering team. You'll be collaborating with engineers daily, communicating with empathy and understanding to bring designs to life.
• Drive AI implementation across the product. Identify opportunities, prototype AI-powered features, and help the team understand what's possible.
• Translate business goals into design strategy. You understand the "why" behind the work.
• Present design solutions with confidence. You can walk the CEO and team through your thinking and get buy-in.

• 2+ years of product design experience across web and mobile. You've shipped real products and can talk through the decisions you made.
• Comfort working directly with leadership. You're confident in the room with a CEO and know how to manage the relationship.
• Strong communication skills. You'll be working with engineers daily — clear, empathetic communication is essential.
• Genuine excitement about AI. Not just using it — understanding it, exploring it, and applying it to transform how a company works.
