• Title: Visual Design Expert (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking experienced Visual Design Experts to create premium, professional-grade Excel templates for business and productivity use cases.

This role is strictly focused on high-quality visual spreadsheet design — not UX, product design, or content writing. The objective is to produce polished, aesthetically refined, and commercially viable Excel templates suitable for real-world business environments.

Role Overview

You will design visually compelling spreadsheet templates that are structured, elegant, and ready for professional use. Templates may include budgeting systems, dashboards, planners, trackers, calendars, invoices, and project management tools.

Strong emphasis is placed on visual hierarchy, typography, layout balance, color systems, and professional presentation within Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Design polished, business-ready Excel templates
• Create visually cohesive dashboards, planners, and trackers
• Apply strong layout principles, typography, and color consistency
• Structure spreadsheets for clarity, usability, and visual professionalism
• Deliver templates suitable for real-world business and productivity use

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-time professional experience
• College degree or higher
• Demonstrated strong visual and aesthetic design skills
• Professional experience using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
