To scale belo across LatAm, we’re building a high-performing, engaged team across multiple countries. We’re looking for a Semi Senior People Partner to drive hiring across LatAm, support team experience, and help strengthen our People processes as we grow.
What You'll Do
- Own hiring across LatAm: build pipelines, source creatively, run interviews, partner with leaders, and close top talent fast.
- Measure and improve hiring results: follow key recruiting metrics and use insights to optimize the process.
- Level up onboarding: improve processes and implement smart automations to make the first weeks clear and engaging.
- Turn People data into action: analyze eNPS, headcount, and turnover trends and propose concrete improvements.
- Be a real partner to teams: run regular 1:1s, support engagement conversations, and contribute to performance cycles.
- Contribute to the broader People experience: support benefits, internal initiatives, employer branding, and culture-related projects as we scale.
- Improve and scale People systems: explore and use tools, AI, and automations to make processes simpler and more efficient.
Must Have
- 3 - 5 years of experience in People, Talent, or HR roles within fast-growing environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across different roles and seniorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking People and hiring metrics, and turning insights into action.
- Experience working closely with leaders on engagement, feedback, and performance conversations.
- Ability to manage multiple People projects and priorities in parallel in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable working in dynamic contexts with shifting priorities and a high level of ownership.
- Clear drive to improve processes, simplify workflows, and build better ways of working over time.
- Availability to work on-site from our Palermo/Chacarita office twice per week.
- Experience in startups, fintech, or tech-driven companies.
- Exposure to multi-country (LatAm) hiring and team management.
- Experience using People tools, automations, or AI to optimize workflows.
- Experience working on employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
