Mediaverse is a fast-growing multimedia agency delivering global content solutions to leading tech companies, including Meta, Google, Oracle, and others.
We are a fully remote, dynamic team of creators and producers based across the Americas and APAC, dedicated to elevating corporate marketing strategies with captivating content. Starting our journey in Mexico, we’ve steadily expanded into new markets, crafting impactful videos and materials for audiences in Latin America, the United States, and the Asia-Pacific region. Core values guide our work: collaboration, empathy, open-mindedness, honest communication, and adaptability. Together, we bring creativity and purpose to everything we do.
From the beginning, we’ve committed to a distinct approach: working quickly and with precision, and fostering close, transparent communication with our clients. We immerse ourselves fully in every project—reading, listening, learning from missteps, improving, and delivering sustainable results. This philosophy has helped us build lasting client relationships, evolving and growing together over the years.
The Role

Your responsibilities include drafting scripts, providing creative guidance, ensuring brand consistency and tone, coordinating production schedules, managing remote shoots, and serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders, external partners, and internal teams. You'll be tasked with transforming complex client briefs into clear, actionable plans, ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and meets our high-quality standards.
This is a role with significant growth potential. While your focus will be on video, you will have opportunities to collaborate on other creative projects, including social media content, event assets, product launch videos, and other forms of media, expanding your skills across our service offerings.

Your mission is to
- Transform complex client briefs into structured production plans.
- Lead end-to-end execution of content and video production initiatives.
- Oversee pre-production planning, including timelines, budgeting, resourcing, and production coordination.
- Ensure content aligns with platform best practices and the expectations of large-scale social audiences.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and post-production teams to maintain narrative clarity and brand consistency.
- Navigate complex approval processes across stakeholders, legal, and brand teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external production partners.
- Identify risks early and implement practical mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards across deliverables.
- Support broader creative initiatives, such as product launches, events, and integrated campaigns.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within video production and/or events.
- A deep understanding of the entire production process, from creative development and pre-production to shooting and post-production.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to both, listen and communicate effectively, and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling capabilities, with a knack for making complex topics accessible and engaging.
- You are driven by a genuine sense of curiosity.
- A resourceful and solution-oriented mindset; you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding creative ways to overcome challenges.
- Experience managing teams, both internal and external, with a focus on fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- This role requires native or full proficiency in English, as the majority of our clients and projects are based in English-speaking countries.
- A curious, team-oriented, and approachable demeanor, ready to contribute to a supportive and innovative culture.
