Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for strong candidates that must have strong PM skills, particularly in managing groups and ensuring progress without causing anxiety.

The role involves managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, leading teams, and managing projects without focusing on technical tasks. The candidate should understand SDLC phases, project milestones, and scheduling, handle escalations, remove roadblocks, and maintain an “even” temperament to keep teams balanced and drama-free. He or she doesn’t need to have technical background.

There will be some architectural changes that will require work on UI, backend, and database. This may include the introduction of an ‘app store’ concept, the use of agents, the introduction of a “project” structure concept where work and content can be organized and managed by protects and teams.

The expansion the “Knowledge Base” capabilities, tapping into knowledge bases of various subject matter. Typical examples are staff bio, case studies/quals, policies, etc. We think many of our knowledge base use cases can utilize an agent, while others may require code development.

Also a few use cases where we’ve started to define some details for:

• Proposal generator – tap into knowledge base of prior proposals on specific subject matter and build RFP response output
• RFP FAQs – tap into knowledge base of frequently asked questions for RFP responses and obtain appropriate responses/information
• Marketing/Brand Compliance – check proposed pubilication materials for compliance with Marketing/branding rules based on defined policy/guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Tech Stack used in the project : Infrastructure is MS Azure; principle software is Python and React.
• English Level: C1
• Experience with Agile Methodologies/Scrum
