Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer who will take full ownership of designing and delivering high-quality, well-tested software solutions within a Transport Execution Management environment.

You will collaborate closely with solution designers and business stakeholders to transform functional ideas into robust, reliable, and scalable applications. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical excellence, and the ability to independently drive solutions from concept to deployment.

Mandatory Requirements

• .NET Development: 10+ years of experience
• Azure Cloud Development: 5+ years of experience
• .NET Core Web API Development: 5+ years of experience
• Native .NET for Android (Xamarin): 5+ years of experience
• Blazor: Minimum 1 year of experience
• React Native: Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong expertise in unit testing
• Fluent English (C2 level)

.NET Expertise

• Deep mastery of the .NET ecosystem (language features, LINQ, async/await, security best practices, design patterns, data structures).

Android / Xamarin Development

• Strong experience building complex native .NET Android applications.
• Deep understanding of Android lifecycle and native bindings.

Code Quality & Craftsmanship

• Writes clean, maintainable, SOLID, and testable code aligned with best practices.

Web API Design & Development

• Designs and implements secure, scalable, and high-performance .NET Core Web APIs.

Azure Cloud

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure services, PaaS components, and event-driven architectures.

Testing & Quality

• Designs meaningful, maintainable automated unit tests.

CI/CD & DevOps

• Builds and maintains Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Databases

• Strong SQL knowledge, database modeling, and performance optimization.

Version Control

• Proficient with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.

Collaboration & Communication

• Clearly explains technical decisions.
• Works constructively within a team.
