We are in a constant development and even more during this particular period, we are hiring and actively looking for a UX/UI Designer

Your tasks:

Research on new concepts/hypotheses/trends

Translate business/customer needs to UI(-flows)

Create some small UX flows before transform that in UI

Create and adapt production quality designs for multiple platforms and devices

Contribute to, evolve and evangelize our style guide

Ensure visual consistency across digital touchpoints

Collaborate with business and development teams to the ensure highest level execution of design concepts

Education and experience:

4+ years in-depth knowledge and professional experience of user interface design

Proven experience creating (micro)-interactions, responsive design & mobile UI (iOS/Android)

Proven experience in process design (including requirement gathering, design principles, prototyping, visual design, perform design reviews, user testing & development follow-up)

Bonus:

Knowledge of banking/trading environments

Experience conducting user research

Front end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS)

Competences (soft and hard skills):

Experience utilizing data and knowledge of industry trends to elevate design

Fluency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Package, Abstract …)

Animation and video design experience
