π Freelance Marketing Data Analyst - For our client
As a Freelance Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a key role within your cluster, working closely with other performance analysts across Run & Change activities. You will help build a strong performance-driven culture, enabling smarter decisions through data, insights and continuous improvement.
π Your role
- Facilitate strategic and operational decision-making by analyzing campaign performance and delivering clear, actionable insights
- Develop, maintain and improve dashboards, reports and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior and market trends
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions to improve customer experience, conversion rates and revenue growth
- Translate complex data into meaningful stories that support business and marketing decisions
- Document methodologies, tools and processes
- Support, train and guide users in analyzing marketing and communication performance
- Actively contribute to building a strong performance culture within your cluster
π― Your background
- At least 3 years of experience in measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives
- Strong knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, marketing funnels and conversion funnels
- Experience with at least one data visualization tool: Tableau and/or Power BI
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Analytics, SemRush and Sprinklr
- Strong command of SQL and SAS
- Excellent mastery of Excel
- Good knowledge of French and passive Dutch / or good knowledge in Dutch and passive French.
