🌟 What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Web Manager to own and evolve Assessio’s entire web ecosystem — transforming it into a high-performing growth engine and brand amplifier.

This is not just a “website maintenance” role. You will act as the project lead for our full web migration to a new headless CMS platform, driving the initiative from planning to launch and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Content, and Commercial teams to ensure our digital presence delivers measurable business impact.

You combine strong project management skills, technical depth, commercial understanding, and data-driven thinking. You’re as comfortable discussing infrastructure and SEO architecture as you are optimizing conversion flows and user journeys.

🎯 What You’ll Own

  • Lead and project manage the full migration from WordPress to a headless CMS, defining roadmap, scope, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring seamless data transfer with minimal downtime
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring uptime, performance, and security
  • Lead technical SEO strategy and execution to drive qualified traffic and improve organic conversion rates
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and performance marketing teams to publish and optimize web content
  • Craft seamless user journeys and digital experiences that reflect our brand and drive engagement across all lifecycle stages
  • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks and dashboards to fuel data-driven decision-making
  • Own website analytics and reporting, using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO platforms
  • Implement and manage HubSpot integrations, including forms, landing pages, CTAs, and tracking workflows
  • Ensure the site is optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and conversion
  • Maintain hosting environments, domain configurations, and backup protocols
  • Stay current with SaaS marketing trends, SEO updates, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR)

💡 Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in web management, digital growth, or similar roles (SaaS/B2B preferred)
  • Proven experience leading large-scale website migrations or replatforming projects
  • Strong project management skills - able to drive complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Headless CMS environments
    • Technical SEO
    • CRO and experimentation
    • Web analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, SEO tools)
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization
  • Data-driven, structured, and commercially minded
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
