We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our internal products—from ideation to launch and beyond. This role requires a hands-on approach, exceptional sales and communication skills, and a deep understanding of Talent Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Roadmap Development: Collaborate with Product Owners to create and maintain the product roadmap.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• User-Centric Improvements: Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product updates and improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Use KPIs and analytics tools to track product performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Market Research: Identify customer needs, evaluate the competitive landscape, and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
• Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to craft compelling product messaging, develop materials, and conduct impactful product demos.
• Customer Engagement: Demonstrate our IT solutions to customers and stakeholders, effectively showcasing product benefits and features.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience within the IT industry.
• Proven success in sales interactions, including product selling and customer engagement.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with the MS Office suite; proficiency in analytics tools and A/B testing.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Talent Management processes and systems.
• Language Skills: Advanced or higher English proficiency.
