Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a trading platform within a high-performance crypto finance environment
• Implement technical specifications end-to-end
• Both backend Python services and frontend components
• Design, build and optimise full-stack features supporting automated trading workflows and real-time data processing
• Collaborate closely with quantitative, trading, infrastructure and distributed engineering teams
• Ensure system stability, scalability and reliability through clean architecture, testing and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
• Strong programming experience, particularly with Python
• REST APIs
• WebSocket-based communication
• gRPC
• Kafka
• Redis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex systems
• Team-oriented mindset with high ownership, initiative and commitment
• Genuine interest in financial markets and the crypto/digital assets ecosystem
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• High level of autonomy, responsibility and long-term development mindset
