Product Portfolio & Process Manager - Dublin – On-site (5 days per week) Contract

We’re hiring on behalf of a global payments fintech in Dublin looking to strengthen how its product function operates.

This is a high-impact contract role for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and governance within modern product environments.

You’ll own the end-to-end product portfolio management framework and act as the central coordinator across the product organisation. Your focus will be ensuring prioritisation is disciplined, decision-making is transparent, and processes enable Product Managers to concentrate on strategy and product-market fit.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Owning and evolving the full product portfolio management process
• Running the Product Review Committee end to end – agenda, preparation, facilitation, and decision tracking
• Leading demand intake and prioritisation frameworks across the organisation
• Ensuring roadmap visibility, lifecycle tracking, KPIs, and dependency management
• Driving continuous improvement across product governance and operating models
• Producing clear, data-driven reporting for senior leadership
• Aligning Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, and Operations around structured decision-making

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Product Governance
• Strong experience managing demand intake and prioritisation frameworks
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and modern product practices
• Confident facilitator comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and portfolio reporting
• Experience with Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Asana or similar tools

Experience within financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.
