Product Portfolio & Process Manager - 6 month contract - €121,000 per annum pro rata / €600 daily rate - Onsite in Dublin 2

My client is a multinational financial services organization and a global leader in fin-tech payments.

We’re looking for a highly organised, process-driven leader to own our end-to-end product portfolio management framework.

You’ll be the engine behind product governance - ensuring demand intake, prioritisation, decision-making, and reporting run smoothly and transparently across the organisation.

What You’ll Own

• Full product portfolio visibility (roadmaps, lifecycle, KPIs, dependencies)
• Product Review Committee coordination and governance
• Demand intake and prioritisation frameworks
• Decision documentation and traceability
• Portfolio health reporting and executive dashboards
• Continuous improvement of product processes and tooling

What You Bring

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Product Governance
• Experience running intake and prioritisation processes
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Proven ability to facilitate senior stakeholder discussions
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting capability
• Experience with tools like Jira, Productboard, Aha!, Asana or similar

Bonus if you’ve worked in regulated, fintech, or scaling environments.
