We are seeking a Lead SAP HANA Developer to take ownership of cutting-edge SAP HANA Platform and SAP HANA Cloud solutions for a global semiconductor leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of advanced SAP HANA native models, including Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript
• Direct the design and upkeep of optimized ETL processes for SAP and external data sources
• Collaborate with diverse teams to craft scalable architectures for analytics and enterprise reporting
• Ensure delivery of complete data workflows with accuracy, reliability, and timely execution
• Develop tailored analytics, KPIs, and insights using SAP HANA backend tools
• Enhance database performance and optimize large-scale datasets within SAP HANA landscapes
• Coordinate with engineers, analysts, and architects to capture and translate business requirements into solutions
• Drive Agile SAFe activities such as sprint planning and review sessions
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, standards, and guidelines for SAP HANA solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP HANA development
• Extensive expertise in SAP HANA native modeling with Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScript
• Strong track record in designing and sustaining ETL pipelines within SAP ecosystems
• Solid background in database optimization and performance tuning for high-volume datasets
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and legacy data sources into workflows
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency

• Domain knowledge in manufacturing or engineering operations
• Experience with SAP Datasphere
• Understanding of SAP Data Intelligence
