About the role:

We’re looking for an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer to design our systems, make sure they are running smoothly and make sure our cloud setup is always ready to scale. If you’re someone who loves automating processes, fine-tuning deployments, and making sure everything runs, we’d love to have you on board.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage Azure resources for scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Run Kubernetes & Docker for smooth deployments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor systems with tools like Prometheus, Grafana.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases.
• Collaborate with the dev team on distributed ledger systems.
• Automate tasks with scripts.
• Keep things secure, from network to data encryption.

Skills that’ll make you a great fit:

• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Know your way around Kubernetes and Docker.
• Built a few CI/CD pipelines and know how to keep them running smoothly.
• Solid with PostgreSQL databases.
• Can set up and manage monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• Understand the ins and outs of distributed systems.
• Know your way around networking basics (DNS, firewalls, etc.).

Bonus points:

• Experience with Redis for caching.
• If you’ve played around with blockchain or DLT tech (extra credit for XRPL).
• Know a thing or two about Ansible (or any other similar tool like Terraform).
• Familiar with Zero Trust Architecture and the latest security best practices.
• Worked with Azure DevOps or similar platforms before.
• Background in fintech or experience in regulated environments.

What we’re looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but if you’ve got the experience and skills, we’re not hung up on it.
• 3+ years doing DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure work.
• Love solving tricky problems and finding creative solutions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, tight-knit team.

Salary range: 4000-7000 € Gross. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
