We’re looking for a Creative Lead to own the creative direction of an animation project - a hands-on role where you will shape storytelling, direct creative execution, and ensure strong visual and narrative consistency across episodes, guiding the team to deliver engaging, production-ready content for young audiences.
What You Will Do:
- Be responsible for maintaining the overall visual style, storytelling quality, and creative consistency of the kids’ animation series;
- Guide, supervise, and review the work of the creative team to ensure strong artistic execution and alignment with the project vision;
- Act as the key bridge between the Product Owner, Project Manager, and the creative team, translating ideas and requirements into clear creative direction;
- Work closely with the Producer, Project Manager, Product Owner, and all divisions to ensure all technical requirements of the animation project are delivered with outstanding quality;
- Stay up to date with relevant animation tools, workflows, and technology trends (hardware and software) that best support the production;
- Collaborate with the Producer, Project Manager, and HR to expand the team and adapt the working scope according to each stage of production.
What We Expect:
- Experience as a Creative Director or Creative Supervisor;
- Demonstrated expertise in animation, directing, and scriptwriting;
- Outstanding understanding of shape, composition, physical motion, weight, and balance;
- Strong knowledge of traditional animation principles and the ability to capture and transmit acting personality to characters;
- Solid understanding of 2D computer graphics theory and practice; 3D animation skills will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in kids’ animation production will be considered an advantage;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Excellent creative, technical, and cross-functional communication skills;
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
What We Offer:
- We'll foster your growth: get encouraged to train your extra skills, talents or passion and apply them at work;
- We'll cover your health: private health and accident insurance will be at your service after the first 3 months with us;
- We'll celebrate your success: bonuses for weddings, childbirths, referred friends, and more;
- We'll give you memories: immerse yourself in themed parties, team buildings, and other events.
Compensation: The position offers a fixed gross monthly salary ranging from 3,500€ to 5,000€, depending on qualifications and experience.
