POSITION PURPOSE
The Contract Product Manager is responsible for delivering product lifecycle events across EMEA vehicles during a period of elevated activity and temporary resource constraints. The role focuses on execution of the 2026 SICAV and OEIC rationalisation programme, including fund closures, mergers, share class actions, operational readiness, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong project management discipline, regulatory awareness, and cross‑regional stakeholder engagement.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA AND IDEAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record managing complex fund lifecycle events including mergers, closures, and rationalisation actions.
- Strong knowledge of SICAV and OEIC regulatory frameworks and operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Operations and Product.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience coordinating cross‑border fund events and governance committee submissions.
- Continuous improvement mindset, comfortable optimising workflows and documentation.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Confident communicator able to work across multiple business units.
- Logical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Strategic and creative problem‑solver.
