you will be responsible for designing and developing a Power Apps application to fully digitize the annual employee performance campaigns. This application must include key features such as multi-level role management, an automated validation workflow, email notifications, secure storage of sensitive data in compliance with GDPR, and a system for archiving PDF editions.


Responsibilities

1. Power Apps Application Development

• Design and implement an intuitive interface for managing performance campaigns (entry, tracking, validation).

• Integrate 3 role levels (e.g., administrator, manager, employee) with differentiated access and permissions.

• Develop a multi-step validation workflow (e.g., submission by employee, validation by manager, HR approval).

2. Automation and Notifications

• Configure alerts and automated emails via Power Automate to notify users of required actions (reminders, validations, closure).

3. Security and GDPR Compliance

• Implement secure storage of sensitive data (e.g., individual results, comments) using solutions such as SharePoint Online or Microsoft Dataverse with encryption and strict access control.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations (data retention, right of access and rectification, traceability).

4. Archiving and PDF Generation

• Develop a feature for automatic export and archiving of performance sheets in PDF format, with indexing and storage in a secure repository (e.g., OneDrive for Business).

5. Testing, Documentation, and Deployment

• Perform unit and functional tests to ensure application stability and security.

• Write technical and user documentation to support end users.

• Collaborate with IT teams for deployment and post-production support.


Desired Profile

Technical Skills

• Advanced mastery of Power Apps and Power Automate (Flows).

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and API integration.

• Knowledge of workflow management tools and PDF generation (e.g., Power Automate + Word/PDF templates).

• Best practices in cybersecurity and GDPR.

• Ability to work with low-code/no-code development tools.


Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Power Platform development or Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Proven references on similar projects (HR digitalization, complex workflows).


Personal Qualities

• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.

• User-oriented mindset (simplified UX/UI experience).


Additional Advantages (Preferred)

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID for access management.

• Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards to monitor campaigns.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
