The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing high quality services to employees and management in all areas of Human Resources. It ensures that all HR services, relevant policies and systems in place are aligned with the Bank’s values, strategy and mission.
In order to support our HR team during the temporary absence of a team member, we are looking for an experienced staff member to deliver an excellent and proactive internal service to all stakeholders.
You will join a small team of HR professionals making sure that all HR related topics are handled properly and always on time.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Support general HR Administrative tasks in the frame of the Luxembourg law and the Collective Bargaining Agreement for bank employees.
- Back-up for payroll
- Company Car administration
- Support regulatory requirements upon need (Remuneration policy, Equal Pay directive, etc…)
- Support requests for residence and work permits for local staff and expatriates
- Support recruitment initiatives and perform interviews with line managers
- Support potential labour law issues.
- Work closely with the other HR team members
Job requirements:
- Prior experience in a HR Generalist or HR Management role preferably in the financial sector in Luxembourg – Knowledge of the Bank Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Experience in HR management of an internationally acting company (ideally in a Bank)
- Ideally experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits
- Good understanding of Luxembourg labour law and regulatory environment
- Ability to communicate professionally at all levels
- Higher studies ideally in Human Resources
- Natural tendency to focus on details with accuracy!
- Very good knowledge on Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- English fluent, French considered as an advantage
- Excellent writing skills
- Very high level of confidentiality!
- Professional attitude in general with good organization skills and ability to manage priorities
- Willing to integrate in an existing team
