Middle Business Analyst

N-iX is looking for a Middle Business Analyst.

Our client is one of the leaders in the Ukrainian bank industry, who moves into client services digitalization.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Identify, gather, analyze, and structure data according to project requirements for the core banking system (CBS)
  • Document business processes related to CBS
  • Write specifications, as well as functional and non-functional requirements for tasks involving CBS functionality improvements
  • Participate in developing the overall architectural solution for CBS integration
  • Maintain project documentation on Confluence
  • Support development processes
  • Support functional testing
  • Conduct expert analysis and handle requests in Service Desk as part of 3rd line support

Candidate Requirements:

  • Understanding of banking processes; experience in creating or optimizing existing banking processes (knowledge of FX processes, SWIFT payments, treasury operations is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of business analysis fundamentals and requirements management, with practical application skills
  • Experience with integration solutions (preferred)
  • Proficiency with business process modeling tools (UML, BPMN, MS VISIO)
  • Experience with databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
  • Knowledge of modern methodologies for managing information system development
  • Higher education in economics, technical fields, or IT
  • At least 2 years of experience in analyzing and describing requirements for IT solution implementation
  • At least 1 year of experience in the banking system
