We are currently looking for a Java Back-End Developer to join a strategic project for one of our key clients in the retail sector (large-scale enterprise environment).

📌Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

• Develop REST APIs following API-first principles.

• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or messaging systems (MQ).

• Work with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, DB2, MongoDB).

• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy in Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.

• Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.

• Collaborate in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Bamboo.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to code quality using GitFlow, Sonar, and best development practices.

💡Skills:

Essential:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Backend Java Developer.

• Strong experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot.

• Experience building REST APIs (API-first approach preferred).

• Experience with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate.

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems (MQ).

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.

• Experience with Oracle or DB2 databases.

• Knowledge of MongoDB.

• Experience with JUnit and Mockito.

• Familiarity with Gherkin / BDD practices.

• Experience working with Git + GitFlow and Maven 3.x.

• Experience with GitHub Actions or Bamboo.

• Fluent English (minimum B2).

Desirable:

• Experience working in large-scale cloud-native environments.

• Strong DevOps mindset.
