Coders Connect is partnered with a cutting-edge robotics engineering organisation that is building next-generation humanoid systems for industrial environments. As these systems move from prototype into scaled deployment, simulation infrastructure has become a core strategic capability.

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take ownership of the internal simulation tooling platform used across robotics domains including motion, control, vision and manipulation.

⚙️ Your Mission

• Design and evolve the internal simulation environment
• Develop robust Python systems in Linux environments
• Integrate simulation engines such as NVIDIA Omniverse / Isaac Sim or Gazebo
• Collaborate with robotics engineers across domains
• Architect reliable tooling with CI/CD and automated testing
• Navigate complex system integrations across multiple stacks
• Evaluate when to build internally vs integrate third-party solutions

🧰 Your Profile

• 5+ years professional Python engineering experience
• Strong Linux systems knowledge and have worked in these environments.
• Experience with simulation or game engines (Isaac Sim, Omniverse, Unreal, Unity, Gazebo)
• Familiarity with OpenUSD, URDF and 3D asset pipelines
• Comfortable in technically complex environments
• Excellent communication skills
• Startup mindset with focus on usable solutions
