Web Services is a tight-knit team of experienced Developers, UX/UI Designers and Creators at Paradox Interactive, and we are now looking for a Full stack Web Developer to join the team.
As a Developer in the Web team you will be an integral part of our highly collaborative Marketing organization, working closely together with our designers and content creators in supporting our games with digital products, campaigns and experiences.
We work on a wide array of projects, from conceptualizing, developing and deploying custom digital experiences for our games, to maintaining our e-commerce platform and corporate website, and more.
The Skills We’re Searching For…
As a developer you have 3+ years of documented professional experience developing, shipping and maintaining large-scale digital products and platforms. An active interest and a keen eye for user-friendly design is a huge plus.
Requirements
You are a collaborative and responsible individual with great communication skills. You can identify and present viable solutions and challenges, while at the same time producing and delivering finalized features.
Teamwork and close communication both within and outside the team is a must, with excellent written and verbal English for everything work related. Experience from working in a Marketing context with focus on business value is a big plus.

Scope: Full-time and permanent at the Stockholm office
Reports to: Head of Web Services
Location: This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden

Requirements
- Professional experience with ReactJS, NextJS or other similar SSR/SSG framework
- Advanced proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with NodeJS backend development
- Advanced proficiency with CSS with great attention to detail for creating engaging user experiences
- Knowledge within API and GraphQL development, and database management
- Hands-on experience in managing e-commerce and CRM ecosystems
